Harvey Kroll
Our General Manager, Harvey Kroll, works on site at the lodge each summer to ensure that your stay with us is first rate.
After 25 seasons in the Canadian bush (over half of those years at Hatchet Lake Lodge), Harvey brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our operation, both at the lodge and at our Canadian office in Saskatoon, SK during the winter months. Harvey has extensive lodge management experience and also worked with Saskatchewan Tourism.
Harvey spends time personally with all of our guests during their five day stay. If you need anything, Harvey knows the best way to utilize our staff to meet your needs. From the time you step foot on the dock... to your departure wave goodbye... you're in good hands with Harvey at the helm.
Kimberly Kroll
As Customer Care Representative, Kimberly is here to make sure your stay at Hatchet Lake Lodge is a pleasure the entire time you're here. She works with all our excellent staff to take care of whatever you might need to make your visit a four-star experience. During the winter months she is our Office Manager, so if you have any questions or concerns about reservations, she's the one to contact.
George Fleming
Born and raised in Scotland, George came to Canada at the age of 17 to work - and never turned back. In his day he was considered the 'dean of Canadian lodge owners, - a respected outdoorsman, host and friend to guests, outdoor writers, TV personalities and government officials around the world. When you arrive at Hatchet Lake Lodge you will be personally greeted and cared for by George's legacy in the manner and attention set by George himself.
